Shipping is now available to Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries at amazing rates. We ship to nearly any address in the world. Most orders received before 2:00 pm EST ship same day when expedited shipping is selected at check out. Updates, tracking or inquiries are available at your convenience.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but our return process is easy.
If you need to return a product:
- Email us: customerservice@hotelstoyou.com for a return authorization within 30 days.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation to note the order.
- Your credit for the return should be reflected within 5 to 10 business days once received.

- Returns are refunded the product price; shipping charges are not refundable.
Note: Please be aware that recipients of orders in countries other than the United States are solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. In the event a product is ineligible for return, you will be notified. Please let us know if any item has been damaged. All orders shipped for delivery within the State of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax. You may furnish us the proper reseller documentation to exempt the sales tax.
