Ordering and Shipping

2011 Holiday Shipping
For delivery prior to Christmas Eve Day:
Place your FedEx Ground order prior to 2:00 pm EST on Friday, Dec. 16.
Place your FedEx Third Day order prior to 1:00 pm EST on Tuesday, Dec. 20.
Place your FedEx Second Day order prior to 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday, Dec. 21.

Orders received after 2:00 pm EST on Thursday, December 22, 2011 will be shipped after the Christmas weekend holiday.

The FedEx Second Day shipping charge is $18.00 plus the original base price; the Third Day FedEx shipping charge is $12.00 plus the original base price. Free shipping and/or shipping discounts are not available for expedited shipping services.

Note: Some products are not eligible for expedited shipping services. You will be notified if a product you ordered can not be shipped Second or Third Day, or if the product is out-of-stock.

Also, FedEx does not guarantee on-time delivery from December 11, 2011 through December 24, 2011, even for expedited shipping services. Hotels To You will ship your order as stated but can not be held responsible for late deliveries by Federal Express; no refunds nor credits will be provided in the event of any Federal Express delay.

We will gladly ship orders placed after the dates above, but they may not arrive until after December 25.

New Year Weekend Shipping
Orders placed after 11:00 am EST on December 29 will be processed and shipped after the New Year holiday weekend.

Shipping
We ship from our warehouse located in Savannah, Georgia. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST on business days are usually shipped within one day. Orders shipped by ground service usually arrive in 4-6 business days. Hotels To You shipping and handling costs are based on the amount of your order, per shipping address, according to the chart below.

Shipping is available to Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries at higher rates. Please call our toll free number or email us at customerservice@hotelstoyou.com to place these orders. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.

Please be aware that recipients of orders in countries other than the United States are solely responsible for and are required to pay any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees beyond the shipping charges paid to Hotels To You.

Shipping Fees

Free Local Pick Up Now Available
HotelsToYou.com now offers free pick up from our Savannah, Georgia area warehouse. Your order for in-stock products should be ready within two business days. We will then email you to let you know the order is ready for pick up and to provide directions. We are conveniently located in west Savannah near the intersection of GA 516 and Highway 17. Pick up times are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please wait until you receive our email to pick up your order.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Most of our products, if they are clean, unused, unwashed or factory-damaged, may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. Eligible items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above; shipping charges are not refunded. Products not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 20% repackaging/restocking fee. If you need to return or exchange a product simply email us at returns@hotelstoyou.com to receive return instructions.

Some items, including closeout products, perishables and others are not eligible for return or exchanges; each of these is noted as ineligible in the product description.

Extended holiday season returns: Eligible products purchased between November 19 and December 23, 2011 may be returned by January 31, 2012. Outside of these dates, our standard return policy applies.
