Ordering
Our site uses a convenient 4-step shopping cart process:
(a) Add items to a shopping cart.
Enter
the number of items you wish to purchase and click 'add to
cart.' You may click on 'continue shopping' or on a category to
view more items.
(b) Check out
When you are finished shopping
and selecting items for purchase please click on 'check out.'
(c) Enter shipping and billing data, including credit
card information.
(d) Confirm and accept the data entered.
This
step places your order. We will send you confirmation of your
order to the email
address you entered.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped for delivery within the State of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax. You may furnish us the proper reseller documentation to exempt the sales tax.
Shipping
We ship from our warehouse located in Savannah, Georgia. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST on business days are usually shipped within one day. Orders shipped by ground service usually arrive in 4-6 business days. Hotels To You shipping and handling costs are based on the amount of your order, per shipping address, according to the chart below.
Please be aware that recipients of orders in countries other than the United States may be required to pay and are solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees beyond the shipping charges paid to Hotels To You.
Expedited shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States is available at higher rates: Third Day service adds $22.00 to Ground charges; Second Day service adds $26.00 to Ground charges. Note that some items are not eligible for expedited shipping services.
Shipping is available to other countries, at higher rates; please call our toll free number to place these orders. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Clean, unused, unwashed, unopened and/or factory-damaged items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. Items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above; shipping charges are not refunded.
