Our site uses a convenient 4-step shopping cart process:

All orders shipped for delivery within the State of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax. You may furnish us the proper reseller documentation to exempt the sales tax.
We ship from our warehouse located in Savannah, Georgia. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST on business days are usually shipped within one day. Orders shipped by ground service usually arrive in 4-6 business days. Hotels To You shipping and handling costs are based on the amount of your order, per shipping address, according to the chart below.
Shipping is available to Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries at higher rates. Please call our toll free number or email us at email@example.com
to place these orders. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes and some foreign countries; nor do we ship C.O.D.
Please be aware that recipients of orders in countries other than the United States are solely responsible for and are required to pay any and all duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees beyond the shipping charges paid to Hotels To You.
Expedited shipping to street addresses in the contiguous United States is available at higher rates: Third Day service adds $18.00 to the base Ground charges; Second Day service adds $28.00 to base Ground charges. Note:
Some products are not eligible for expedited shipping services. You will be notified if a product you ordered can not be shipped Second or Third Day, or if the product is out-of-stock.
Save With Free & Discounted Shipping for Qualifying Purchases
For a limited time we'll ship your online order to the lower 48 United States FREE or DISCOUNTED via UPS Ground.
For free shipping of most orders make an online purchase of at least $95.00 and choose the Free Ground option at checkout - no promo code needed. And for discounted shipping for most online orders of less than $95.00 simply choose the $8.95 Ground option at checkout.
Bulk products, some sets and shower rods/bars are excluded
from the free and discounted shipping offers. Free and discounted shipping offers are good for website purchases shipping to one location. Free shipping is not offered for expedited shipping or orders shipped beyond the lower 48 U.S. Offers cannot be applied to purchases made prior to or after the end of the offers.
Please note that shipping for shower rods and shower bars is a flat rate of $18.95. Shower rods and bars are available for shipping only to the lower 48 United States.
Base shipping and handling charges for orders not covered otherwise are based on the amount of your order, per shipping address, according to the chart below.

Free Local Pick Up Now Available
HotelsToYou.com now offers free pick up from our Savannah, Georgia area warehouse. Your order for in-stock products should be ready within two business days. We will then email you to let you know the order is ready for pick up and to provide directions. We are conveniently located in west Savannah near the intersection of GA 516 and Highway 17. Pick up times are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Please wait until you receive our email to pick up your order.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Most of our products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged. Eligible returns will be refunded the product price; shipping charges are not refunded. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders will be corrected and resent to you at no charge; these returns require a Return Authorization Number. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Our return process is easy. If you need to return a product:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation and note the product being returned.
- Return the eligible product to us at the address above within 30 days of receipt.
- Your credit for eligible returns will be applied within five business days of receipt.
In the event you return a product that is deemed ineligible for return, you will be notified and given the opportunity to have it sent back to you at your cost. Products not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 20% repackaging/restocking fee.
