Many of the items offered on the site have been previously available only to the hospitality industry. And because these products are made for hotels and resorts they are manufactured according to strict specifications that require comfort, durability and value beyond what can be found in many retail stores. All HotelsToYou.com products are brand new, and because they are manufactured for hotels, most are not shipped to us in retail packages.
What hotels carry the products you sell?
Many leading hotels have the same, or very similar, products in their guestrooms. We purchase our products from the same sources as the best hotels. In addition to this website, Hotels To You also partners with leading hotels and resorts to offer their guest room products direct to consumers. Do you have a retail location where I can by your products?
Hotels To You is strictly an Internet-based store and offers our unique mix of products only on the HotelsToYou.com website.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders received before 2:00 pm EST are shipped that day or the next business day. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST are shipped the following business day. There are occassional times when an item is backordered; in this case you'll receive a backorder email and your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the product. HotelsToYou.com usually ships via Federal Express Ground service, and most items are received within 4 days of the ship date.
Can I purchase an item as a gift and have it sent to someone else?
Yes, we are happy to ship an order to someone else as a gift. As you go through our checkout process, you will have the opportunity to tell us where to send the order and to leave a gift message that will appear on the packing list enclosed in the order.
Can I have my purchase shipped overseas?
We ship to some foreign countries including Canada and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands are available at higher costs than domestic U.S. shipping charges. We do not ship C.O.D. What is your return policy?
Most of our products, if they are clean, unused, unwashed or factory-damaged, may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Factory-damaged and incorrect orders require a return authorization, and will be corrected and resent to you at no charge. (Contact us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number.) Eligible items returned for other reasons may be exchanged for other products or will be refunded to your credit card for the amount of the product if returned within 30 days of receipt as described above; shipping charges are not refunded.
Some items, including closeout and clearance products, perishables and others are not eligible for return or exchanges; each of these is noted as ineligible in the product description. Products not returned in the original packaging are subject to a 20% repackaging/restocking fee.
If you need to return or exchange a product:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation and note the product being returned.
- Return the eligible product to us as noted above within 30 days of receipt.
Your credit for eligible returns will be applied within five business days of receipt. In the event you return a product that is deemed ineligible for return, you will be notified and given the opportunity to have it sent back to you at your cost.
